Shipping, Pickup & Local Delivery Policy

 

We currently offer the following options:

 Shipping:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Shipping time varies by location. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

 Local Pickup (Cincinnati, OH):

You may choose free local pickup at checkout. We’ll reach out via email or text to schedule a pickup time.

 Local Delivery (within Cincinnati limits):

Delivery is available for an additional $5 fee depending on where you are located. We’ll confirm your address and schedule a delivery window within 3 business days.
